Everything is organised as a ladder: a free check tells you what applies, and each paid step gives you one more finished thing — a report, a kit, or a person, depending on what the free check turns up.
The six steps
Nobody needs to climb the whole ladder. Most sellers stop after the report or the kit — the later rungs exist for the products and situations that need them.
Applicability check Free
Closed questions about your product, one market at a time (EU or US). No account, no email required to see the result — it’s shown on screen. This tells you which rules apply before you spend anything.
Requirements report €29
The check’s result turned into a headed document for one market — something you can actually hand to a supplier, a factory, or a marketplace that’s asking questions. No prerequisite beyond running the check.
Labelling & IFU kit €99 / market
Instructions for use, required warnings, marking artwork and where it has to go on the product or packaging. Priced and built separately for EU and US, because the two markets require different things. Buyable straight off the free check — no report needed first.
Documents & templates kit €199
The full manifest for your product’s resolved profile: declaration of conformity, labelling, and the rest of the document set as fillable templates. You complete and sign them — we don’t sign on your behalf.
Additional market report €99
Extends a report or kit you already hold to a second market — typically US after EU. Requires an existing order for the same product; it isn’t a standalone starting point.
Do you need a consultant? Quoted
Claims review, technical file compilation, safety issue management, and other work that needs a person rather than a template. We ask a few qualifying questions first, then quote the scope — there’s no published price because no two engagements take the same hours.
What we write, and what we don’t
We produce the analytical and documentary layer: risk assessment, the applied standards list, technical description, declaration of conformity, labelling, and file assembly.
We don’t produce these — they have to come from you or your lab:
- Test reports
- Technical drawings
- Supplier declarations
We write the documents. We never certify them — the manufacturer is the one who signs.
